Mangan and Company, Incorporated was established in September 22, 2000 to provide support to Mangan Restaurant wherein its paramount mission is to be admired in the local restaurant industry as having efficient and guest friendly operations by providing excellent kapampangan cuisine and Filipino specialties, the best customer service, a unique setting and value for money.
The President:
Ms. Maritel Nievera-Shani, a known and popular Lady Restaurateur and owner of the buffet service pioneer, Cabalen Restaurant and her new restaurant venture: Oody’s Noodles & Bar Restaurant and Oody’s Express.
The Partners:
Mr. Ricardo Ma. Ocampo, an innovative businessman of the leading fashion boutiques/ shops: Anonymous, the Black Shop, i2i, Mix and Fish. He also co-owns Kitchen, Osake and Kai restaurants.
Mr. Enrico U. Dee, a veteran restaurateur and president of Foodlink group of companies: Chin’s Empress, Inihaw Express, Handaan Grande, Dish, Kitchen, Osake, W Grill, Kai, and La Mesa Restaurants.
Together, they created a niche in the restaurant business and their incomparable approach made each restaurant totally different and distinct in their own right. Their will to engage in other business ventures confirmed their diversified mind set, making it possible for them to be successful in every undertaking they embark on.
Mangan Restaurant is a casual dining restaurant that continuously marks an impression that no matter which branch, our guests will always expect to see our unique store setting, great ambiance, friendly service, high quality authentic Filipino - kapampangan cuisine. Each restaurant has an approximate floor area of 90-100 square meters, with a minimum seating capacity of 60.
The Operations Manager, Mr. Eric L. Lucero and the Corporate Chef Cook, Mr. Renato M. Abasta, heads the management team to ensure efficiency of operations and implementation of operations standards to achieve TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. A series of operations audits are conducted monthly: Quality of Food, Service, Cleanliness and Condition Audit (QFSC); Training Compliance Audit (TC); Kitchen Inspection Checklist Audit (KIC); and Mystery Guest Audit (MGA).
