BRANCH MANAGERS

- Male or Female not over 35 years old
- Graduate of HRM/HRA Food Technology or any Business related course
- With 2-4 years related experience preferably gained from the restaurant industry
- Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
- Honest with good working attitude and can handle people.
- A team player with strong and pleasing personality.
- Familiar in the preparation of Operations report like food, beverage and labor cost
  and has working knowledge of P&L reports.
- Willing to work long hours.


STORE SUPERVISORS

- Male or Female not over 35 years old
- Graduate of HRM/HRA, Food Technology or any business related course.
- With 1-2 years related experience in restaurant/retail operations.
- Good communication skills and customer relations.
- Team player with strong yet pleasing personality.
- Familiar in the preparation of Operations report like food, beverage and labor cost.
- Willing to work long hours.


COOKS

- Male, not over 35 years old.
- At least high school graduate.
- With two (2) years experience in Asian cuisine gained from fine dining restaurants.
- Hands on experience in WOK cooking preferred.
- Must be quality conscious.
- Willing to be trained and to work long hours.


CASHIERS

- Female, 18-25 years old, with pleasant personality.
- With experience in operating cash register machines and or POS.
- Honest and hardworking.
- Willing to work long hours.


WAITERS/DINING STAFF

- Male 5'6", Female 5'3".
- With pleasant personality, at least 18-25 years old, second years college or its
  equivalent.
- With 1 year work experience in a full dining service.
- Good communication skills.
- Service oriented, willing to work long hours under pressure
